“Close Order” button on the Purchase Order edit form

Purchase Order edit form:

• Actions multi-button:
  • “Close Order” button:
    • was added over Void Order button;
    • is enabled for Orders in statuses:
      • Draft;
      • Awaiting Acknowledgement;
      • Not Received;
      • Partial Received;
    • after clicking on the button:
      • Close Order XXXX panel is opened:
        • the panel contains elements listed below:
          • Actions List with radio buttons:
            • is displayed only if Purchase Order has linked Sale Order;
            • contains actions listed below:
              1. Create PO Requests for left qty if they are needed:
                 • Purchase Order is closed;
                 • PO Request is created  if PO hasn’t received items;
              2. Create PO Draft for left qty if they are needed:
                 • Purchase Order is closed;
                 • PO Draft is created if PO hasn’t received items;
              3. Void Sale Order Qty from Sale Order and for Assembly order create PO Request for left Qty:
                 • Purchase Order is closed;
                 • in Sale Order Qty is updated ( item Qty in PO = item Qty in SO);
                 • for Assembly order PO Request is created if PO hasn’t received items;
              4. Create New Sale Order on remaining Qty. Create PO Request on remaining Qty:
                 • Purchase Order is closed;
                 • Sale Order on remaining Qty is created -> if PO hasn’t received items; 
                 • PO Request is created if PO hasn’t received items;
            • only one action is displayed if PO has no related SO/AO:
              • Close PO -> Purchase Order closed;
          • Reason textarea -> is required;
          • Related Documents list:
            • Orders linked to this Purchase Order with created Date;
          • Blocked Documents list:
            • not closed Orders are displayed; 
            • if in the list are displayed Orders -> Continue button is disabled;
          • Buttons:
            • Cancel:
              • was added to the bottom of the panel;
              • is always clickable;
              • after clicking on the button -> panel is closed and the Purchase Order edit form is opened;
            • Continue:
              • if the Blocked Document list is empty -> button is clickable;
              • after clicking on the button -> panel is closed and actions depend on chosen Action were done.
