If on the Item edit form hasn’t been checked on the setting “Use Current Price Level Over Vendor” and On the Vendor edit form on the “Price Settings” tab have been added Margin/Markup Levels then On the Check Price Cost Panel of the Estimate edit form: Customer Rate should be counted and displayed with Vendor Margin/Markup.
