Size Per Unit block dropdowns on the Packaging tab of the Item edit form

Item edit form -> Packaging tab:

• Was added Shipping Settings block with the dropdowns listed below:
  • AutoSelect Carrier;
  • Service;
  • Package Type;
• if settings were selected -> they override the Shipping Company Settings.
