Credit Payment improvements

Payments/Bill payments list form:

• Click on the Credit Payment button -> Apply Credit pop-up is opened:
  • the filter panel was added and contains:
    • Number textbox;
    • Date datepicker;
    • Memo textbox;
    • Amount From / To textboxes;
  • to the Datagrid were added the next columns:
    • Memo:
      • in the column is displayed Memo from linked to Payments Orders;
      • if in the memo filter was filled some data -> Orders are filtered by memo column;
    • Date:
      • in the column is displayed created Payment Date;
      • if in the Date filter was selected date -> Orders are filtered by memo column.
