Shipping Schedule List form:
- If Order in the status Partially Ready to Ship has items with the Ready ship and not ready to ship items:
- Ship Order can be shipped with 0 qty for not ready to ship items.
To check this, the user needs to do the next steps:
- Create Sale Order with items in the next statuses:
- Ready to Ship;
- PO in Process;
- Process Sale Order -> Ship Order is automatically created;
- Open Shipping Schedule list form -> Find linked to Sale Order Ship Order;
- Status of the SHO is Partially Ready to Ship -> Open Ship Order quick view panel;
- Ship Qty for PO in Process item is 0;
- Close quick view panel -> check the SHO and click on the Ship button;
- Click “Yes” on the OMS pop-up -> on the next OMS pop select print option and click Save;
- Two Ship Orders were created:
- first -> item in the Ready to Ship status is Shipped;
- second -> item in the PO in Process status is Not Ready to Ship.
