If Pick Order was picked with one item from Ship Order -> Split Ship Order pop-up isn’t displayed.
To check this, the user needs to do the next steps:
- Create Sale Order with 2 items:
- The first -> In Status – Backorder;
- The second -> In Status – PO in Process;
- Save & Process -> Create Ship Order;
- Click on the Pick button -> Pick Order is created for Backorder item;
- Click on the View Items -> the view items panel is opened;
- Select Order -> Click on the Save & Process button;
- Click on the Pick Order button -> On the Ship Ship Order pop-up click No button;
- Split Ship Order pop-up isn’t displayed -> Refresh Ship Order;
- The backorder item is displayed as Ready to Ship.
