Shipping Schedule / Shipping for e-commerce List forms:
- After clicking on the Ship Order Number -> Ship Order Quick view panel is opened;
- The Ship Order Quick View panel contains the next uneditable fields:
- Customer Name:
- is displayed customer from linked to the Ship Order Sale Order;
- Sales Rep:
- is displayed Sales Rep from linked to the Ship Order Sale Order;
- Store:
- is displayed Store from linked to the Ship Order Sale Order;
- SO Date:
- is displayed Sale Order creation Date;
- Shipment Date:
- is displayed Expected Date from the Ship Order;
- Picked Status:
- is displayed the status of linked to the Ship Order Pick Order;
- Truck Type:
- is displayed Truck Type from the Ship Order;
- Shipping Instructions:
- is displayed Shipping Instructions from the Ship Order;
- Bill to:
- if not empty -> Bill To Address from Ship Order edit form is displayed;
- Ship to:
- if not empty -> Ship To Address from Ship Order edit form is displayed;
- Datagrid with the next column -> like on the Ship Order edit form:
- Item Name;
- Item Description;
- Item Qty;
- Item Ship Qty;
- Unit per case;
- Num. of Cases;
- Order status;
- Notes textarea:
- is an editable field -> the user can click on the icon in the textarea and add notes;
- in the textarea is displayed Order Notes from Ship Order;
- Edit Order button:
- is clickable for Orders in all statuses;
- after clicking on the button -> Ship Order edit form is opened.
