“Amount to collect” column in the Shipping Schedule Excel file

Shipping Schedule:

• Export to Excel button:
  • was added the column to Excel file -> Amount to Collect:
    • was added for Export Excel from all tabs;
    • was added next to LTL Status column;  
    • value from Ship Order is displayed -> Amount to Collect field.
