Load Orders tab tweaks on Point of Sale

Point of Sale -> Load Orders:

• were removed:
  • Print Tiny Label column for all Orders;
  • Print Receipt button from the bottom;
• was added Print Gift Receipt column to the datagrid:
  • next to the Print Receipt column.

Company Settings:

• Order Settings -> Sales Order:
  • “Auto print receipt on POS” checkbox:
    • was added to Sale Order Settings block;
    • is unchecked by default;
    • if checkbox checked:
      • after Transaction was completed on Sale Order -> the receipt is printed automatically.
