Print Gift Receipt on Point of Sale

Point of Sale:

• Make a Sale with full payment -> Transaction Completed pop-up:
  • Gift Receipt document: 
    • was added between Print Receipt and Print Pick list;
    • is unselected by default;
    • if the document is selected and click on Print:
      • Gift Receipt is printed;
      • it works like Item Receipt, but without item prices;
• Load Orders -> Orders tab:
  • was added Print Gift Receipt button:
    • was added to Print Receipt multi-button; 
    • if Order is selected -> after clicking on the button:
      • Order Receipt is printed without prices and rate.
