“Show only invoiced” checkbox on Payments for Customer

Customer Payments List form:

• Show only invoiced checkbox:
  • was added to the filter panel;
  • is unchecked by default;
  • if the checkbox is checked:
    • on the List form are displayed Invoices With Open Balance > 0 and in Statuses:
      • In Review;
      • Open.
