Can View Vendor Cost History Permission

OMS Web -> Settings -> Permission:

• Was added new permission:
  • View Vendor Cost History:
    • was added to Vendor;
    • if the permission is checked:
      • On Sale Order -> Price Info panel -> is displayed Vendor Cost History tab;
      • also, this logic is used for Customer edit form -> Items –> item Price -> Vendor Cost History;
    • if the permission is unchecked:
      •  Price Info panel is hidden for Sale Order and for Customer edit form.
