Ship order edit. Disable Print cases if cases are not set

Case 1

“Print cases” option is disabled if cases are not set. Go to Ship Orders list, open SHO with Item without entered Cases.

Case 2 

If some Items in the SHO have set Cases but some Items in SHO don’t have, will be printed only Items with Cases
