Payments tab:
- Attach files button:
- added to the top panel on the edit form and on the view form;
- is always clickable;
- after click:
- open Attached files panel;
- the panel contains:
- Attach file button -> open folder with files which user can attach;
- Datagrid:
- File -> display attached file name with format;
- Uploaded -> display attached file date;
- delete button -> file deleted from the datagrid;
- Close button -> close panel;
- Under button displayed number of attachments;
- If user added an attachment -> it is linked to the Payment and can be displayed at the Payment edit form.
