Copy PO buttons on the edit forms

Purchase Order:

• Copy button:
  • added to to the edit form;
  • added to the Actions multi-button;
  • available for all Purchase Order statuses;
  • always clickable;
  • after click -> open copied Purchase Order in Draft status with all filled fields from previous Purchase Order.

Bill:

• Copy to PO button:
  • added to to the edit form;
  • available for all Bill statuses;
  • always clickable;
  • after click -> open copied Purchase Order in Draft status with all filled fields from previously linked to Bill Purchase Order.
