Added Label to the Location edit and list forms in the dictionary

Added ability to print Label from Location edit form and Locations list form

To print Label from Locations list form go to Stores -> Locations -> Print button

To print Label from Location edit form go to Stores -> Locations -> Location -> Print Label icon
