Column selector on Pick Order edit form

Pick Order edit form:

• Add column selector:
  • is always clickable;
  • after click -> open columns dropdown with checkboxes listed below:
    • Line #;
    • Customer;
    • SHO #;
    • UPC;
    • Description;
    • Scanned Qty;
    • Allocated Qty;
    • Available in Stock;
    • UOM;
    • Units Per Case;
    • Num. of Cases;
    • Case Per Pallet;
    • Num. of Pallets;
    • Picker;
    • Location;
    • Category;
  • all columns checked by default;
  • if in column selector – column is unchecked -> it is hidden in the Datagrid.
