CRM Phases 3, 4, 5

There are on the CRM list form some changes were brought:

Filters panel:

  • “Next Cut off Date” filter is added to the Filter Panel. Let get Brands list with a predefined next Cut of Date.
  • “Sele Representative” dropdown is added. If Representative is selected, the Brands section(Send, Resp, Orders) and Customers should be sorted according to the selected value

Brands section:

  • The “Requested” column is renamed to “Send”
  • Added ability to check all Brands simultaneously

Customer section:

  • “Have Purchased” checkbox is renamed to “Ordered”
  • “Have Not Purchased” checkbox is renamed to “Not Ordered”
  • “Sent Emails” checkbox is added. If checkbox is set on then all Customers list who Email has been sent to will be displayed
  • “Not Sent Emails” checkbox is added. If checkbox is set on then all Customers list who Email hasn’t been sent to will be displayed
  • “Requested” checkbox is added. If checkbox is set on then all Customers list for whom Request has been added will be displayed
  • “Not Requested” checkbox is added. If checkbox is set on then all Customers list for whom Request hasn’t been added will be displayed

Header

  • was changed the logic for “New Sales”: calculated based on the all Sale Orders that were created from the Opportunity edit panel. For all Sale Order in Buckets: Not started, Pending PO, In Process, Ready to ship, Partial ship, Shipped, Closed

Datagrid:

  • Customer Name is clickable. After clicking on the name, the Customer list form is displayed and filtered by Customer name -> the Customer name is selected by default. After clicking on the Customer name from CRM, the Customer list form is opened for each customer with a prefilled name.
  • Request column. Request date is taken from the “Customer Request pop-up”. If Request was added then Request Date is shown in tooltip 
  • Customer Request multi button. After clicking on the button, the Customer will be marked as requested and current date will be added to the checked Customers to Request column. Request can be deleted
  • “Margin” Column is hidden
  • “Opened POs” column is hidden
  • “Invoice” column is added. Invoices in statuses “Opened” and “Archived” are displayed
  • “Send” column. Sending email date like on Invoice list is displayed in tooltip
  • “Rep.” column is added. Displays specified Sales Representative

Sale Order History

  • “Opened SO” tab. List of Opened Sale orders linked to selected(checked) Customers is displayed
  •  “Invoices” tab. List of Invoices in “In review” and “Open” statuses and linked to selected(checked) Customers is displayed 

Purchase Order History

  • Item tab is hidden

Opportunity edit panel

  • “Response” textarea is renamed to “Notes”. “Notes” textarea can be leveraged as a chat. If Sale order is created from Opportunity then Order Brand on Sale order will be prefilled from Opportunity. On the Opportunity edit panel, the Note time is displayed according to USA EST zone. 

Purchase Schedule form

  • “Purchase Schedule” form is opened by clicking on the “Purchase Schedule” button. On the Filter panel of “Purchase Schedule” form are the following fields: “PO send Date”, “PO arrival Date”, “Next Cut off Date”
