“Don’t show in App” checkbox

Item edit form:

• “Don’t show in App” checkbox:
  • added to Additional Settings on General tab;
  • added under the “Don’t Show on POS” checkbox;
  • by default unchecked;
  • if the checkbox is checked for item:
    • don’t display this item in the app item list.
