Phone field on Customer edit form

Customer edit form:

• Phone textarea:
  • added to Address Info -> Invoice/Bill to Block;
  • if Customer entered Phone -> it displays in:
    • Sale Order Address pop-up for the selected customer;
    • In PDF documents for Customer flow;
    • In Customer Statements of Accounts PDF.
