Company Settings:
- Show only channel orders on E-commerce Shipping Schedule checkbox:
- added to Order settings -> Ship Order Settings;
- by default isn’t checked;
- if the checkbox is checked:
- at all tabs on Shipping for e-commerce display only channels Orders;
- all channels in channels dropdown checked by default.
