Add Profit & Loss calculations to Invoice

To the Invoice list were added the same calculations as for the Sale Order such as:

• COGS 
• Net Total 
• Net %
• Total COGS
• Total Net 
• Total Net %

To view this calculations User has to switch on “Show COGS and Net” checkbox in the filter panel:
