Add bulk edit or Item Apply

Scan Item History:

• View Logs panel:
  • if the user checked some scanned Logs on the panel:
    • was added the ability to make bulk item adding for all checked items;
    • it was added to the View Logs panel for all Order forms;
    • bulk item adding is enabled if the UPC of checked Logs are different or the same.
