QTY/case and Cases are the same in PDF as at Ship Order.
To check this, the user needs to do the next steps:
- Create inventory item -> Set “Selling carton & CBM”;
- Create SO -> Add item from previous step;
- Select Carton CBM rule -> Process;
- Open ship order -> Create PDF -> Observe columns “QTY/Case” and “Cases”.
