Write Off Apply section after Payment applying

After Payment with Write Off applying, the Write Off Apply section is refreshed, in datagrid isn’t displayed value of added Write Off.

To check this, the user needs to do the next steps:

• Open Payments list, select Customer with Orders(Open Balance > 0);
• Check some Orders, add Partial Payment and add some Write Off -> Save;
• Look to the datagrid and Write Off Apply section.
