Internal Note on a line item in Pick Order PDF doc

If SO with an item which has Internal Note was Sent to Pick:

• Internal Note of the item is displayed on Pick Order PDF; 
• If for Pick Order was also on item added Internal Note -> It is displayed on Pick Order PDF too.
